Tell your healthcare provider as soon as possible if you (or your kid): may not be seeing as well as prior to starting SABRIL; start to trip, bump into points, or are extra clumsy than normal Vigabatrin mechanism of action; are shocked by things or people coming in front of you that appear to find out of nowhere; or if your baby is acting differently than typical.

The Vigabatrin REMS Program is required by the FDA to make certain informed risk-benefit choices prior to starting therapy, and to ensure ideal use vigabatrin while individuals are treated. It is not feasible for your healthcare provider to recognize when vision loss will certainly happen.


It is recommended that your doctor test your (or your youngster's) vision prior to or within 4 weeks after starting SABRIL and at least every 3 months during treatment up until SABRIL is quit. If you or your child have any side effect that troubles you or that does not go away, inform your medical care carrier.

Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or mean to obtain pregnant.
